Election Day Is Tuesday! Where, When & How to Vote

Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, 2026, and polls are open 6:30 AM – 7:30 PM. If you're in line by 7:30 PM, you can vote. Here's everything you need for Butler, Hamilton, Warren and Clermont Counties.

I voted early at the Hamilton County Board of Elections, and the line wrapped around the building. Love seeing our community show up!

Why It Matters

Your Vote Shapes Your Neighborhood

The decisions on the ballot this week touch the things we all care about at home: school funding and levies, property taxes, roads, parks, police and fire, and the local leaders who make zoning and housing decisions in our communities. Many local races and levies are decided by just a handful of votes, so every voter makes a difference.

Whoever you vote for, just vote. I already cast my ballot, and the lines were long. That's a great sign that our community shows up!

Before You Go

Election Day Checklist

  • Go to YOUR assigned polling place. On Election Day you must vote at the precinct for your current address. Look it up below. It may have changed since the last election.
  • Bring a photo ID. An Ohio driver's license or state ID, U.S. passport or passport card, or U.S. military / VA ID. No ID? You can still vote a provisional ballot and show ID to your board of elections within 4 days.
  • Mailing an absentee ballot? It's too late to mail it. Drop it in your county board of elections' secure drop box by 7:30 PM Tuesday. Your county's board of elections can confirm its current return rules.
  • Moved recently? You can still vote. Go to the polling place for your new address and vote a provisional ballot.
  • Check your sample ballot ahead of time so you know what's on it, including statewide Issue 3.
  • Problems at the polls? Call your county board of elections (numbers below).
